Warehouse process mapping, operational audit, process testing. Application configuration: Function accesses, Merge & data rules, Data Take-on, iReports, Labels, Dashboards, Operational configuration, etc. Interface production and process, customer site testing. The Socius24 User Service Portal (USP) App sits alongside JDA Dispatcher WMS. With a login and suitable permissions, your clients, customers, suppliers, customer services or senior management can access the data held within Dispatcher in real time. The configuration is controlled from within Dispatcher allowing you to tailor the visibility to suit the end user. This will reduce the reporting and correspondence necessary to keep everyone up to date with operations
